The Caloritech™ Digital Indicating Temperature Control option combines the benefits of an electronic temperature controller with the reliability of Caloritech™‘s proven Immersion heaters in one simple package. This option provides precise temperature control with real-time, continuous process temperature indication for easy monitoring of critical process operating conditions. The compact integral controller is a cost effective solution by eliminating the need for a separate process control monitoring station.

Caloritech™ Explosion Proof Pilot Gas Heater
The Caloritech™ Pilot Gas Heater is specifically designed to heat the pilot tube gas stream of an automatic pressure reducing valve. A large pressure reduction through the pressure reducing valve will create a temperature drop due to the Joule-Thomson effect. This temperature drop can cause moisture in the gas stream to accumulate and damage the internal seals in the valve.
